Bug reports are far easier to fix with your iOS version, your iPhone model, and a screenshot — the crash screen and the run-info panel are both useful. Feature ideas and balance complaints are genuinely welcome; a lot of this game was built from player reports.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
The full-game unlock is tied to your Apple ID, not your device. On a new phone or after reinstalling, it usually restores itself the first time the game launches with a connection. If it doesn't, tap RESTORE PURCHASE on the unlock screen. Family Sharing is supported, so household members get it too.
My run disappeared.
Runs save automatically at every quiet moment — never mid-roll — and resume from CONTINUE RUN on the title screen. If a save can't be safely restored after an app update, the game says so plainly rather than load something broken. If a run vanishes any other way, please email; save durability is something we take seriously and reports get fixed fast.
Is any of this real gambling?
No. There's no real-money wagering, nothing to buy chips with, no cash-out, and no way to convert anything in the game into anything outside it. Chips are a score. The game uses the real mathematics of a craps table because that math is what makes the decisions interesting — not to prepare you for a casino floor. If anything, a run here is a good demonstration of how variance takes everything back.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for the App Store purchase itself. Everything else — every table, every run, every card — plays entirely offline.
What's free and what costs money?
Vanilla craps mode is free forever with no limits. The roguelite is free through Table 2 for three runs. One optional $4.99 purchase unlocks Tables 3–7 and unlimited runs, permanently. There are no consumable purchases, no chip packs, and no ads.
I'd like a refund.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. If something in the game caused the problem, email us too — it's useful to know.
Will there be an Android version?
Not today. iPhone first. If enough people ask, that changes.
